I discovered the metaphysical path and the work of Louise L. Hay about 20 years ago and in response to these ideas another door opened within me; one which finally answered so many of my own questions about my experience of life and what was missing for me as it showed me a way of more fully connecting to and working through my spirit. 

The more I practiced these principles, the more my life changed - the more I changed, moving out of old stuck patterns that had held me back in different ways and opening up to possibilities that had previously only been dreams.

So many of these dreams have now been realised in my life, and continue to be. With trust and faith in the guidance that comes to us all from Spirit, three years ago I completely let go of the life I was living and set myself free to travel around the world.

I thank myself for being willing to follow my heart and live the life I love. I know without doubt that we can manifest all that we desire and that we are here to become all that we are meant to be. Life dosn’t limit us. Only our limiting thoughts and beliefs hold us prisoner through fear, self-doubt and hesitation.
Whatever it is you want to change - you can do it!
